Olwio Good Shepherd Care (GS-Care) is pleased to share an important development in strengthening our community outreach and support services
The building that now hosts part of our operations belongs to Mr. Geoffrey Okema, one of GS-Careโs dedicated volunteer members. The ground floor of this building is fully usable and plays a vital role in supporting our mission.
From right to left, the first door on the ground floor serves as the GS-Care Main Store. This store safely houses all materials received from Austria. From here, items are carefully organized and later distributed according to approved allocations to ensure they reach the communities and individuals who need them most.
Through these facilities, GS-Care continues to strengthen its commitment to restoring hope, dignity, and well-being across Northern Uganda.
The security of the building and the store is guaranteed by the Gulu City Authority, ensuring that all supplies remain safe and well protected. In the event of excess stock, the Nwoya District Local Government has generously offered an additional store at the District Headquarters to support our storage needs.

Within the same building, doors two and three on the ground floor are dedicated to our Mental Health Clinic and Allied Medical services. This is where GS-Care volunteers carry out counseling, guidance, and treatment programs. Our focus is on supporting youth and other community members who are suffering from trauma, alcoholism, and substance abuse.
